Wat leuk dat je interesse hebt voor onze e-learning met MAF meer mens. Wanneer je start met deze training doe je dat met een reden;

• Je hebt te dealen met de gevolgen van hersenletsel bij jezelf of bij je naaste.
• Je worstelt en vraagt je wellicht af; waarom overkomt mij dit?
• Je bent aan het overleven en verlangt naar voluit leven.
• Je hebt het moeilijk door gebeurtenissen die op je pad zijn gekomen.

Met MAF meer mens is een online ontdekkingsreis, wellicht een expeditie.

Tijdens Met MAF meer mens krijg je gereedschap dat helpt bij het kaartlezen en jouw richting te bepalen. Van belang is dat je je realiseert dat Met MAF meer mens geen therapie of behandelmodule is. De e-learning is bedoeld voor mensen met NAH in de chronische fase en de mantelzorger. Een voorwaarde bij deze training is dat je inzicht hebt in de gevolgen van je letsel (ziekte en zelfinzicht) en instaat bent om te kunnen reflecteren.

Wanneer je veel wilt hebben aan deze training is het van belang dat je meerdere keren per week wat tijd vrij maakt voor de e-learning en dat je met de oefeningen aan de slag gaat. Alleen door de opdrachten daadwerkelijk te doen ervaar je het effect.

Onderweg kom je mooie routes en wellicht lastige of confronterende barrières en hindernissen tegen.

• Je leert jezelf beter kennen.
• Je leert je energie beter te doseren en je eigen (hulp)bronnen aan te spreken.

De regie van deze reis ligt bij jezelf, jij bent de reisleider van jouw verhaal.
